A few people wants to know what I put in my food, so here’s one I’m happy to share.

I didn’t find any crostini bread at the store, so the one that you see on the picture I bought the no knead bread at Save Mart. But any bread will work!

☞ Melt your 2 tablespoons of olive oil butter in a bowl for 20 seconds.
☞ Add your minced garlic & 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
☞ Grab a lid container or ziplock bag, then add your shrimps along with your bowl of mixed garlic butter. Mix it / shake it well (Let it marinate in the frig for 30 mins before cooking time!) Cooking will be the last step for this.

Starting on toasting the bread first so it has time to cool down before adding the cream cheese (you don’t want your cream cheese to melt)
☞ Lay out your bread for toasting
– You can use a pan or a griller to toast your bread
☞ Drizzle your olive oil on your bread on one side, then toast!
Make sure to keep an eye on it, you don’t want to over toast your bread or burn it.
When you set your toast bread to the side for them to cool down. The bread should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
☞ Once it’s done, laying it out on your plate for them to cool

☞ Chop your clean red bell pepper into little dices
☞ Chopped green onion
☞ Then add it all to your 8oz cream cheese
– Mix them well before putting it back into the frig

Start cooking your shrimp, either with pan or griller, which ever works for you. Once the shrimp is done cooking, let it rest on a clean plate for 15 minutes. While waiting for those babies to cool, start adding your cream cheese on your toast bread. FINALLY, add your shrimp on top. Enjoy your light and refreshing appetizer ♥

Great for parties or you can enjoy them yourself 🙂

I can’t take all the credits, so kudos for those people on Pinterest for sharing their recipes, It inspired me to come up with this appetizer that I have not seen on Pinterest or other browsers. Here’s my share as a thank you.
